No need to register for UL 2026.
For UL graduates, there is no need to register or book an appointment, it is on a walk in basis only.
- Try to come a few hours early before your graduation ceremony and get your photographs taken before your ceremony as queues will form afterwards. Please be aware of the University's cut off times for entering the ceremonies hall when coming before the ceremony.
- We use a decorative scroll for all pictures so no need to have received your parchment.
- Peak times are from 9 to 10 for morning ceremonies, 12.30 to 2.30 and straight after the evening ceremony finishes so try to get your pictures at alternative times to these if you have the option as queues do form at peak times. This can vary between 15 minutes at quieter times to 35 minutes wait time at highest peak.
- We are located at EG010 from 8am to 6pm for all of the graduation days. Bring your gown and sash with you. Families and groups are welcome.
