General

Why do I have to register in advance?

Registering in advance ​greatly speeds up your graduation photography experience as we have all your details on file pre-event and you will only have to check in and pay for your packages on the day. If you have not registered you will need to provide all your details and this can be slow.

I have missed the registration deadline, what do I do?

Not to worry, ​you can go to the Non-Registered Booth at the event and we will register you on the spot and print a qr code for you to gain access to your photographs post-event.

I registered, but I did not receive a confirmation email that I registered. 

The registration confirmation email will send to the email address provided on the registration form. If you do not receive a confirmation email (and you have checked your spam,/junk email boxes) within 24 hours please do fill in the registration form again and check that you provide the correct email address. 

Can I book a specific time slot?

We do not assign specific time slots. Our team is onsite before and after the ceremony to ensure everyone is accommodated. Typically, queuing times are minimal, but arriving early, about two hours before the ceremony, helps ensure a smooth process. Busiest times are 1 hour before line up time and straight after a ceremony ends.

Can I purchase a digital only package?

To cover the cost of the photography session, at least one physical photo product must be purchased. The option to purchase digital of prints is available on the day. 

What should I do if I have registered online?

On the event day, visit the Pre-Registered area.

Our team will then take and process payment for your package order and print a QR code for you.

We will then provide you with an online credit to the value of the order .These will be located on your receipt that you will get from our staff. This is a print credit to use online when you go online to pick your pictures so you don't pay twice. 

You will then be guided to the photography studios. Studios open approximately two hours before the ceremony and close 30 minutes prior to its start to allow sufficient time for graduates to be seated.

How will I find Michael Martin Photography at my event?

The location of our studios is typically provided in your event invitation. Look for our signage directing you to 'Michael Martin Photography' or 'Studios' within the venue.


Delivery

When should I expect my images?

Once your graduation session is complete, you will receive an email from Michael Martin Photography within 7 working days, containing a link to view and select your images on our website. After selecting your photos and ordering, expect delivery within 21 days. 

What if I don't receive communication from Michael Martin Photography?

If you haven't received any communication from us within 7 working days post-event, please reach out to us via email, and we'll assist you promptly.

Using the website

How do I use my Pre Paid Package credits?

Once your graduation session is complete, you will receive an email from Michael Martin Photography within 7 days, containing a link to view and select your images on our website. 

You will need to add your Pre paid credit numbers to the site so you won't be charged twice for what you have already pad for.

Frames

Do you sell certificate frames?

Yes, Michael Martin Photography offers certificate frames  on the graduation day.

Can I buy frames with my photographs?

Absolutely.
