• About your pictures:
• -A professional edit to include color correction, if required, removal of facial shine and redness will be applied to all pictures you choose for your packages/ prints/canvas and digital downloads when you place your order. Any items visible on the floor or sidewalls will be edited to make a seamless background.
• -If you have ordered digital/ are ordering digital files, you will be able to download the unedited version straight after checkout. When your file has been edited we will email you with a link to get your updated edited files online. This could take 7-10 days in peak ordering times.
• About using your prepaid print credits
• -You will need to enter your print credit codes in the Redeem Print Credit link in the menu before picking your pictures. Otherwise you will be charged twice. 
• -Your Print credit codes can be found in the email sent to you on your graduation day with subject line " Your receipt and print credit codes " or on the physical receipt given to you at the sales desk.
• -There is a video on the TUS FAQ page in the menu that shows how to use the ordering system if you have any questions.
